Purpose
An informational pre-launch site for Tinvex and sign-up to its waiting list. It does not constitute a binding commercial offer.

The "Tinvex" name, logo and the site contents are © 2026 Tinvex Exchange Limited. Reproduction is not permitted without authorisation.
Liability
We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or continuous availability of the site.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to its competent courts.

What we process
Your email address and, if you provide them, your "3 fandoms" when you join the waiting list; if you sign in with Google, the basic account data (name and email) that Google shares with us.
Purpose
To manage the waiting list and notify you about Tinvex's launch and updates.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Until the product launches or until you ask to be removed.
Recipients and data processors
We rely on technology providers acting as data processors: website hosting and a database (Google Firebase / Firestore) and, if you sign in with Google, Google Sign-In. Your data is stored on their EU-based infrastructure and, where a transfer outside the EEA occurs, it is covered by the safeguards those providers offer (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to marketing@tinvex.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookie Policy
What we use
Browser local storage (localStorage) for functional purposes only — to remember your language (tvx_lang) and your cookie choice (tvx_cookie).
Third parties
If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies needed for authentication, under its own policy.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Managing them
You can accept or decline via the banner, and clear the storage from your browser settings.
